Ticket Policies

Purchasing Tickets

Purchasing tickets via our website or by calling the box office is fast, easy and convenient. A processing fee of $7.00 is applied to all phone and web orders. Subscription prices include all applicable fees. Walk-up sales do not incur a fee.

Picking Up Tickets

Tickets can be picked up during normal box office hours of operation and at all performances.  Tickets can only be picked up by the account holder or authorized individuals.  If you cannot pick up your tickets, please contact the box office and let us know the name of the individual who will be picking up.  Photo ID is required to pick up tickets.

Digital Tickets

For your convenience, we offer a digital ticket option. Tickets can be emailed to you and printed at home for scanning at the entrance to the theatre. We can also scan the QR code directly from a smart device without the need for physical tickets. Select the “E-Ticket/print at home” option at the checkout screen online or let us know your ticket preference when completing your order.


If you cannot attend a performance as scheduled you may be able to exchange your tickets for another date in the run. Seating is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Exchanges must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Limit one exchange per performance. 

Past Date Standby

If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending your scheduled performance, you may be able to use your tickets on standby basis for another date of the same performance.  Past date standby tickets are not guaranteed, cannot be reserved in advance, and are subject to availability. If tickets are available, we are happy to accommodate you in exchange for your missed performance. 

Tickets may be donated as a tax-deductible contribution to Palm Beach Dramaworks.  Please contact the box office for more information.  We thank you for your generosity in advance.

All sales are FINAL.  No refunds will be given. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to give your tickets to someone who can enjoy the performance.

Accessibility & Listening Devices

Palm Beach Dramaworks is committed to providing persons with disabilities the necessary accommodations for a comfortable experience. Accessible seating for patrons with disabilities and a companion is available for shows on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to mention your need for wheelchair accessible seating or other accommodations when placing your ticket order. 

Our facility is equipped with a hearing assistance system.  Headsets aiding in amplification and clarity are available for hearing impaired patrons on a first come, first served basis. Please ask for a receiver that works best for you.

Loop Receiver - The neck loop of the receiver creates a magnetic field around your head, to which you can connect by switching on the "T" or "loop" program of your hearing aid / cochlear implant, the same as you would with a standard hearing loop system.  To use a receiver with a hearing ad / cochlear implant, place the lanyard over your head so that the receiver lies on your chest - in this way it will not become obstructed or lose signal.  You may need to experiment with the positioning of the neck loop to get the best out of it, particularly the position of your shoulders.

Headphones Receiver - If you do not use a hearing aid / cochlear implant with a "T" or "loop" program, OR if you are uncertain if your hearing aid is compatible with our loop system, the headphones may be the best choice for you.  Headphones can be worn with or without your hearing aids.  However, if worn with your hearing aids, you may experience feedback.  Experiment with using just our headset OR just your hearing aids to discover the best option for you.  To use a receiver with headphones, place the lanyard over your head so that the receiver lies on your chest - in this way it will not become obstructed or lose signal.
