Ticket Policies

Purchasing Tickets

Purchasing tickets via our website or by calling the box office is fast, easy, and convenient. A processing fee of $7.00 is applied to all phone and web orders. Subscription prices include all applicable fees. Walk-up sales do not incur a fee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Picking Up Tickets

Tickets can be picked up during normal box office hours and at all performances. Photo ID is required. Tickets can only be secured by the account holder or authorized individuals. You can authorize individuals on your subscription form, or by calling the box office.    

Digital Tickets

For your convenience, we offer a digital ticket option. Tickets can be emailed to you and printed at home for scanning at the entrance to the theatre. We can also scan the QR code directly from a smart device without the need for physical tickets. Select the “E-Ticket/print at home” option on the checkout screen online or let us know your ticket preference when completing your order.

Exchanges

If you cannot attend a performance as scheduled, you may be able to exchange your tickets for another date in the run. Seating is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Exchanges must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Limit one exchange per production.

Past-Date Standby

If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending your scheduled performance, you may be able to use your tickets on a standby basis for another date of the same production. Past-date standby tickets are not guaranteed, cannot be reserved, and are subject to availability. If tickets are available, we are happy to accommodate you.

You may also donate unused tickets as a tax-deductible contribution to Palm Beach Dramaworks. Please contact the box office for more information. We thank you for your generosity in advance.

No refunds will be given. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to give your tickets to someone who can enjoy the performance.

Accessibility & Listening Devices

PBD is committed to providing persons with disabilities the necessary accommodations for a maximal experience. Accessible seating for patrons with disabilities and a companion is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to mention your need for wheelchair accessible seating or other accommodations when placing your ticket order. 

Our facility is equipped with a hearing assistance system. You can connect in three ways:

  • FM Stream to our handheld pocket receiver and headset.
  • Use your T-Coil equipped hearing aid with the neck loop and pocket receiver.
  • WiFi Stream using the WaveCAST app to your phone, so that you may use your own earbuds or Bluetooth to your hearing aids.
