Stephen M. Rabb
Stephen M. Rabb has extensive senior corporate management and community service experience in providing broad-spectrum business operations and human resources leadership. He worked for more than 33 years at Science Applications International Corporation, first as corporate vice president for administration and human resources director, and then, after “semi-retiring,” as senior executive management and development consultant. During his career, SAIC grew from a small science and engineering research and development company with a few hundred employees to a world-wide technology leader with more than 42,000 employees. Prior to SAIC, Steve was director of industrial relations at Computer Sciences Corporation and a management analyst at the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies. Steve’s community service activities include serving on the Armory Art Center Board of Directors for many years, including three years as president: together with his wife, Marsha, he initiated and funded a hands-on arts program for Title 1 elementary school students. He also served for five years as as a tutor in the Palm Beach County Adult Literacy Program. Steve’s personal interests include stone sculpture, theater, mountaineering, travel, reading and golf. He is a Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude graduate of Hunter College, and did his doctoral studies at Columbia University, where he was a Columbia Fellow.
