Seret Scott is an associate artist at The Old Globe, where she's directed a dozen productions, including world premieres. Off-Broadway credits include New Victory Theater, Pan Asian Rep, and Second Stage. Regional productions: Court Theatre, Denver Center¸ American Conservatory Theatre, L.A. Theatre Works, Arena Stage, Studio Arena, Woolly Mammoth, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Long Wharf Theatre, Yale Repertory, Hartford Stage, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and Philadelphia Theatre Company, among many others. She has received an Ovation Award (Denver), an Amazing Grace Award from NYC's 3Graces Theatre Company, the Lloyd Richards Award from the National Black Theatre Festival, as well as a Drama Desk Award for acting. She authored Second Line, which premiered at Passage Theatre, NJ, and later played the Atlas Theatre in DC. Ms. Scott is on the executive board of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society.
