Renee Elizabeth Turner
Renee is a professional actress and Soprano vocalist who graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Theatrical Performance from FAU. She was last seen at PBD in the concert version of Camelot . Renèe has performed for many of the finest theatre companies in South Florida and across the country. Some of her credits include: Parade (Slow Burn Theatre Company) Murdered to Death (Evening Star Productions) The Sound of Music (The Wick Theatre) Around The World In 80 Days (Sol Theatre), The Return of the Monkey Paw (Micro Theatre Miami) The Most Happy Fella, Showboat (Browrad Stage Door Theatre), A Song for Coretta (The Women's Theatre Project), The Vagina Monologues (World and Eye Center), Once in a Lifetime: Sammy Davis Jr. (Boca Raton Theatre Guild) The Winter Wonderdettes (Coral Springs Center for the Arts), Mamma Mia, Chicago, Crazy For You, Shrek, Young Frankenstein , (Post Playhouse), Waafrika (Thinking Cap Theatre) Phantom/Les Miserables in Concert (Curtain Call Playhouse) among many others. She is also a member of The Florida Renaissance Festival's Shakespeare Commedia Dell' Arte Acting Troupe as "Columbina", alongside portraying the historic figure Princess Mihrimah of The Ottoman Empire. Additionally, she has sung the National Anthem for numerous special events, was a guest soloist directed and accompanied by renowned Broadway Composer Marc Shaiman, has been a guest vocal and acting judge for Actors' Playhouse's Young Talent Big Dreams competitions, and was recently featured in a W.B.
