RAEGAN FRANKLIN is thrilled to be performing with PBD. She is 10 years old and enjoys singing, ballet, and soccer. Performances include Junie B. Jones Is Not a Crook and Echo and Narcissus on the Bhetty Waldron stage at U.B. Kinsey Elementary School of the Arts. TV includes David Makes Man on OWN, premiering this summer.
