Michael Stewart Allen returns to West Palm Beach after a stint at the Kravis Center with the first national and international tour of War Horse (National Theatre). He most recently played the title role in Macbeth at Arkansas Repertory Theatre. Off-Broadway's The Acting Company: Moby Dick Rehearsed, The Tempest, Two Gentlemen of Verona, and Love, Shakespeare. The Old Globe: Much Ado About Nothing, Amadeus, The Tempest, King Lear, The Madness of George III, and The Taming of the Shrew. Other regional: 12 seasons as a company member of The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey; King Lear and A Tale of Two Cities (People's Light); The Tempest (Folger Theatre); King Lear and Much Ado About Nothing (North Carolina Shakespeare Festival); Doubt and The Two Musketeers (the Hippodrome); Wait Until Dark, Of Mice and Men, Romeo and Juliet, and The Grapes of Wrath (Arkansas Rep); The Comedy of Errors (Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival).
