Laura Turnbull last appeared at PBD in The Cripple of Inishmann. Other productions here include A Delicate Balance, The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds (with her daughter, Arielle Hoffman), and Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well and Living in Paris (with her husband, Avi Hoffman). Most recently she performed the acclaimed one-woman show, The Pink Unicorn (Primal Forces), and prior to that appeared in Be Here Now (Theatre Lab), Wrongful Death and Other Circus Acts (Zoetic Stage), and We Have Apples (Theatre Now New York). Laura has worked at nearly every professional theatre in South Florida as well as on Broadway, Off-Broadway, national tours, regional theatres, television, and film. She is a proud, long-standing member of Actors’ Equity and the recipient of several Carbonell Awards. However, what makes her most proud and brings her the greatest joy are her incredible daughters, Arielle and Liana.
