Glen Rovinelli

Glen Rovinelli received his bachelor’s degree in music theory and composition/ music education from Palm Beach Atlantic University and received his master’s degree in fine arts from the University of Florida. He is retired from the PBC School District after 35 years as an educator. Now, he’s generally performing on one of the 72 different musical instruments he plays – either in theatres, area big bands, or early music ensembles – or arranging and orchestrating shows. Glen is the musical director for the Palm Beach Recorder and Early Music Society as well as the vocal group, the Trinitones. He recently orchestrated 1001 Nights for Maltz Jupiter Theatre, his second such project there. He and his wife, actress Missy McArdle, frequently perform together in big bands, musical theatre, and liturgical settings. This is Glen’s first time at PBD and he looks forward to a long and successful association.
