Bruce Linser

Bruce is a freelance director and the manager of The Dramaworkshop. He received the 2018 Carbonell Award for Best Director of a Musical for PBD’s production of Woody Guthrie’s American Song, and directed The Spitfire Grill for the company last season. Bruce has also directed extensively for MNM Theatre Company including Avenue Q, Man of La Mancha, and their upcoming production of Cabaret in May. As an actor, Bruce has performed across South Florida. Highlights include Artie Shaughnessy in PBD’s recent production of The House of Blue Leaves, Man in Chair in The Wick’s production of The Drowsy Chaperone, and Clifford Bradshaw in Cabaret at Maltz Jupiter Theatre. Bruce teaches acting and musical theatre performance at Lynn University, and is a member of Actors’ Equity and an associate member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society. brucelinser.com
