BRUCE LINSER is a freelance director and the manager of The Dramaworkshop. He directed The Spitfire Grill and Woody Guthrie’s American Song (Carbonell Award, Best Director of a Musical) here at PBD. He has also directed extensively for MNM Theatre Company, where his credits include Grease , Avenue Q, Little Shop of Horrors, Company, The World Goes ‘Round (Carbonell Award, Best Ensemble), and Side by Side by Sondheim (Carbonell nomination, Best Ensemble). As an actor, Bruce has performed Off-Broadway, with the national tour of Big River, and internationally aboard Silversea and Crystal cruises, and he has been seen locally at nearly every major theatre in South Florida, including PBD’s productions of The House of Blue Leaves and Berlin to Broadway (Carbonell nomination, Best Supporting Actor in a Musical), and as Man in Chair in The Wick’s production of The Drowsy Chaperone (Carbonell nomination, Best Actor in a Musical).
