February 2012 · Matt Corey earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Bassoon Performance at the University of Miami and currently performs in the Boca Raton Symphonia. He is also the Professor of Bassoon at Florida International University and the resident Sound Designer for the Mosaic Theatre and GableStage, where he has earned Carbonell Awards for his designs of Talk Radio and The Pillowman, respectively. His third Carbonell came in 2010 for his work on Mad Cat Theatre Company's production of Broadsword. Freud's Last Session is Matt's second production at Palm Beach Dramaworks, having designed A Doll's House in our 2009-2010 season.
