How to Order a New Subscription

To order a new subscription, you may do so by mail, by phone, or in person at the box office. Subscriptions will be processed over the course of the entire summer. New subscription orders are seated after current subscribers and are assigned the best available seats based on your donor status, the date your order is received, and seating availability in your series choices. Once all orders are processed, you will receive a confirmation letter at the end of September. Exchanges and purchases of additional tickets will be available exclusively to subscribers starting October 4, 2011. All tickets will be held at the Box Office and may be picked up beginning November 1, 2011 or at your first performance of the season.

The instructions below are for filling out a subscription order form. Print one out if you do not already have one.

1. Please fill in your name, local address and local phone number. If you leave Florida for the summer, please give us your complete summer address, phone number, e-mail address and the dates you will be away from Florida. We must have this information in order to contact you in the event that any problems or questions arise over the summer.

2. You may authorize two different people to pick up or make changes to your tickets in case of an emergency or in your absence. These will be the only people allowed to do so.

3. Refer to the subscription series chart for the series dates and times for next season. (The chart can also be found on the Ticket Prices page under "Available Subscription Dates"). Please indicate a 1st and 2nd choice so that we may give you the best option.

4. Check the play package for which you want to subscribe.

5. Please indicate any special seating needs you may have, and/or your desire to sit with another subscriber. Give us their first & last names. We will do our best to have you seated near them.

6. Indicate how many subscription seats you are ordering. Prices for the different types of subscriptions are listed above the series chart on the reverse side of this sheet.

7. Complete the payment section of your order, and include one check or complete credit card information including account number, expiration date and security code. Credit Cards will only be accepted for the subscriber on record. If your friends want to pay with their credit card, they must take out their own subscription. Orders received without payment will not be processed. Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS. Please make sure to sign your name at the bottom of the form.

8. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to South Florida's fastest growing theatre. We need your support to keep bringing you the superior quality theatre you have come to expect from Palm Beach Dramaworks.

9. Please read the enclosed Subscriber Ticketing and Exchange Benefits sheet which clearly states our exchange procedures. Submission of your subscription order signifies that you have read and agree to abide by these procedures.

10. If you would like confirmation that your order was received, complete and return the enclosed acknowledgement card. DON'T FORGET TO ADD A STAMP OR IT WILL NOT BE MAILED BACK TO YOU.
