...is thrilled to have been a member of the Palm Beach Dramaworks family since 2007 as the Box Office Administrator. In addition to her work in the Box Office, you will also find her in the front row of all preview performances, on book for the actors as the show's prompter. She also played Marilyn Monroe at Palm Beach Dramaworks' most recent gala event at the Cohen Pavillion at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.
Mrs. Adams has also been performing in area productions for more than a decade, including, I Love a Piano (Ginger/Swing) at the Cuillo Center, A Love Lost Life (Marilyn Monroe) at the Cuillo Center and The Colony Theatre in Miami, and numerous productions at the Lake Worth Playhouse, including Thoroughly Modern Millie (Miss Dorothy Brown), And the World Goes Round (Woman 1) and Wonderful Town (Eileen Sherwood). Kendra also enjoys playing Marilyn Monroe for social gatherings and freelances as a makeup artist, most notably, for the cast of The Rocky Horror Show: Live in 2007. Prior to her work at Palm Beach Dramaworks, Kendra worked in the Box Office at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. She is incredibly thankful that she is able to work continuously in the theatrical community in many different aspects and she never ceases to be amazed by the level of professionalism that is evident on the Dramaworks stage. Kendra would like to thank her husband, Rich, for all of his love and support, and for occasionally stepping in to help with ushering on opening night. |
